On 8 October 2026, the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS) delivered the 4th Virtual Training (VT5.3) of the ATARRI project, as part of the WP5 Management Capacity Training Plan. The session was titled “Post-Award II: THE END – Finalizing and reviewing a project. Best Practices & Lessons Learned.” It focused on the final phase of EU-funded projects: how to close a project successfully, report its achievements, and extract lessons learned for future improvements and long-term impact.
The programme was structured around three main thematic sessions:
- Project management: effectively finalizing and reviewing a project
- Project dissemination: communicating results and achievements
- Impact and sustainability: ensuring the long-term value of project outcomes
The training concluded with an interactive Q&A session, which fostered valuable discussion and knowledge exchange among participants.
