Tito Vintimilla obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Liverpool in 2021, with a dissertation on the aquifer potential of the Cheshire Basin. After a period of diverse work experiences in the UK and Ecuador, he moved to Barcelona and obtained his Master’s degree in Geoinformation from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2024. During this time, he also collaborated with the Área Metropolitana de Barcelona (AMB) team to develop and implement geospatial solutions and workflows for the objections phase of the Metropolitan Urban Master Plan (PDUM). After finishing his degree, he joined BSC as a Junior Research Engineer to work on the ATARRI project, where his efforts are focused on developing high-quality training sessions and material on aerosol forecast products to help raise the research profile and capabilities of EcoE.
