Stelios Kazadzis (SK) has 25 years of experience in basic and applied research in Atmospheric Physics. From 1989
to 2000, he studied Physics at the Department of Physics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Physics Degree, MSc
in Environmental Physics and PhD in Atmospheric Physics). His doctoral dissertation is related to the advances and
applications of spectral measurements of ultraviolet solar radiation. Since 1997, SK has participated in 48 (18 as PI)
funded, 35 (13) European and 13 (3) national (Greek and Swiss) projects. Since 2015 has acquired 3.8M Euro as PI
from national and EU projects concerning aerosol and solar measurements and modeling. He is a member of the
Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics editorial board and is an active reviewer in more than 15 scientific journals.
