On 10 December 2025, BSC-CNS successfully delivered the 1st Virtual Training on Dust Modelling within the framework of the ATARRI project.
The session introduced participants to the ATARRI learning platform and provided hands-on insights into:
Dust products from the Barcelona Dust Regional Center
Understanding and interpreting dust model outputs
Working with MONARCH dust forecast outputs
Multi-model comparison of dust simulations
VT1 workshop exercises for practical application
This training strengthened capacity in dust forecasting and model analysis, supporting both research and operational use.
