On 21 July 2026, the Atmospheric Cluster of the ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence, through the ATARRI Project, participated in CUT Summer Camp 2026, offering children an exciting introduction to atmospheric science, Earth Observation, and space technologies.
Through a series of interactive activities, the team engaged participants with a hands-on atmospheric science experiment, educational memory games, and the fun “What Aerosol Are You?” personality quiz. These activities encouraged children to explore scientific concepts through play, curiosity, and teamwork while learning about aerosols and their role in the Earth’s atmosphere.
The event forms part of the ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence’s ongoing commitment to promoting STEM education and bringing research closer to society. By inspiring young learners through interactive outreach activities, the ATARRI Project continues to support the development of scientific awareness and foster interest in environmental and atmospheric research among the next generation.
