During her secondment at the TROPOS Institute, PhD student Maria Poutli participated in the GIVE workshop on EarthCARE validation activities European Space Agency – ESA, organized by Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS) and its partners on 24-25 March 2026. There, she presented the validation activities conducted by the CARO team of Eratosthenes Centre of Excellence under the CORAL project, focusing on the validation of ATLID and MSI instrument products. This work involved comparing satellite observations with ground-truth measurements to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Part of this research was supported by the ATARRI project,highlighting the value of collaboration in advancing environmental and atmospheric studies.
