On 19 March 2026, the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS) successfully delivered the 3rd Virtual Training (VT5.2) on Project Management Post-Award within the framework of the ATARRI project. This session, titled “Post-Award I: What’s Next?”, focused on equipping participants with the essential knowledge and tools required to effectively initiate, manage, and execute EU-funded projects. The training provided a comprehensive overview of post-award project implementation, emphasizing best practices in project execution, compliance with EU requirements, and effective stakeholder engagement. Participants gained practical insights into managing project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of objectives, and maintaining high standards of coordination across consortium partners. The agenda began with an introduction to the training, followed by an in-depth session on project management covering key operational and administrative aspects. After a short break, the focus shifted to project dissemination strategies, highlighting methods for maximizing visibility and impact. The session continued with a detailed presentation on exploitation methodology, guiding participants on how to translate project results into tangible outcomes. The training concluded with an interactive Q&A session, allowing attendees to clarify concepts and engage directly with the experts. Overall, VT5.2 provided a structured and practical learning experience, supporting participants in navigating the critical post-award phase and strengthening their capacity to successfully deliver EU-funded projects.
